In July 2008, after 24 years tuning and restoring pianos, Kenn opened Northwest Pianos, a retail outlet for pianos, while continuing his tuning and restoration business. What a time to start a new store! In September 2010, after months of consideration, Kenn handed the management and running of the store over to his team: the manager, the bookkeeper, and the now ex business partner. Kenn is now focusing once again on the piano tuning and restoration.
